Return
- We provide 30-days free return and exchange policy.
- We offer free returns for damaged products during delivery.
- To initiate a return, please follow these simple instructions:
- Pack the rug with a plastic covering.
- Measure the dimensions of the package (length, width and height)
- Fill the return/exchange form below.
- Within 24 hours, we will email you the free return label.
- Drop the package with the included return label at the nearest UPS hub.
- Your refund will be processed once we receive the returned item. It may take up to 5 business days for the transaction to be completed.
- Please return the rug in its original condition to avoid any deductions for loss of value.
- We offer an exchange option for your purchase, allowing you to select another rug if desired. Please note that any account adjustments will be based on the selected rug.
